For over 25 years, Master of Law Keijo Kaivanto has participated in collective bargaining negotiations, training of employment-related issues, counselling, advocacy and practical negotiation activities. He has also written numerous works and articles about labour legislation.
At present, Kaivanto is the managing director and rector for Kiinteistöalan Koulutuskeskus (Real Estate Training Centre Ltd) Oy and Kiinteistöalan Koulutussäätiö (Real Estate Education Foundation). He earlier worked in Suomen Kiinteistönhoitoyhteisöt ry (Finnish Real Estate Management Societies), Suomen Työnantajain Keskusliitto STK (Central Federation of Finnish Employers), Suomen Kiinteistöliito (Finnish Real Estate Federation) and Asuntohallitus (Housing Board).

Over the past 20 years, Master of Law Harri Hietala has participated in the drafting of labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and various types of employment issues.
Hietala has also written a number of works concerning labour legislation. At present, Hietala is the managing director of Tieto- ja tekniikka-alojen työnantajaliitto TIKLI ry (Employers Association in the Science and Technology Sector). Before TIKLI he worked for Suomen Työnantajain Keskusliitto STK (Confederation of Finnish Employers) and Teollisuuden ja Työnantajain Keskusliitto TT (Central Federation of Industry and Employers) as well as in two of its member federations.
