NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT CHAPTER 2 § 10

Talentum Oyj has been informed by OP Fund Management Company Ltd that from June 13, 2011 its parent company, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative, will act in accordance with Treasury Regulation 154/2007 section (§) 2, subsection 4, with the exception concerning OP Fund Management Company Ltd. From June 13, 2011, OP-Pohjola Group will not calculate its owner's shares, those of its subsidiary companies and organisations within its sphere of influence (i.e. stakeholders) together with the investment fund controlled by OP Fund Management Company Ltd, or with shares owned by a joint investment company. OP Fund Management Company Ltd will use the voting right associated either with the investment fund it controls or with shares owned by the joint investment company, independently of the parent company.

NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT CHAPTER 2 § 10

Talentum Oyj has been informed by OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative that from 13.6.2011 it will act in accordance with Treasury Regulation 154/2007, section (§) 2, subsection 4, with the exception concerning OP Fund Management Company Ltd. From 13.6.2011, OP-Pohjola Group will not calculate its owner's shares, those of its subsidiary companies and organisations within its sphere of influence (i.e. stakeholders) together with the investment fund controlled by OP Fund Management Company Ltd, or with shares owned by a joint investment company, because OP Fund Management Company Ltd will use the voting right associated either with the investment fund it controls or with shares owned by the joint investment company, independently of the parent company. Consequently, the combined ownership and voting rights of OP-Pohjola Group and its stakeholders has fallen below the 5% limit.

Talentum Oyj has been informed on June 9, 2011 that the shares in the company held by OP-Pohjola Group, its subsidiaries and funds have exceeded five percent of all the shares and votes.

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Talentum Oyj reports that on June 8, 2011 the shareholding of OP-Pohjola Group was as follows:
