Principles of investor relations
The role of Talentum’s investor relations communications is to give the markets accurate and sufficient information about the company’s operations, operating environment, strategy, objectives and financial situation so that investors can evaluate the company as an investment now and in the future.
We aim for openness and balance in all our communications. We serve the interests of investors and analysts through the regular provision of information and by holding meetings with the management.
Our investor relations activities for 2012 will include:
- Meetings arranged for the press and analysts in connection with the publication of interim reports
- Telephone conferences
- Investor meetings arranged in many European countries in the spring and autumn
- Management participation in investor seminars
- One-on-one meetings
Silent period
The Talentum Group observes a period of silence before the Group's results are published. In other words, Group representatives will not comment on the results of the Group, and investor meetings will not be arranged during a three week period preceding the publication of interim reports or during the five week period preceding the publication of annual results.
