Auditing

The annual general meeting annually selects auditors based on the Board's proposal. The auditors proposed by the Board are announced in the AGM notice. Following Talentum's Articles of Association, Authorised Public Accountants are selected as auditors.

The audit and auditor remuneration in 2012

The AGM annually selects Authorised Public Accountants as auditors. The auditors of the company are Price Waterhouse Coopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, who appointed Authorised Public Account Juha Wahlroos (b. 1956) as the responsible auditor.
