The AGM annually selects Authorised Public Accountants as auditors. The auditors of the company are Price Waterhouse Coopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, who appointed Authorised Public Account Juha Wahlroos (b. 1956) as the responsible auditor.
In 2009, the auditors were paid Eur 92,000 for performing the audit and Eur 52,000 for unrelated services.
