The CEO's task in the company is to ensure the day-to-day management of business, following instructions issued by the Board of Directors. The Board appoints and dismisses the CEO and, as necessary, appoints a Deputy CEO. The Board adopts the CEO's contract at its meeting.
The Group executive management team is appointed by the CEO.
Presided by the CEO, the Group executive management team meets approximately once a month and discusses such as corporate strategy, risk management and internal control, business plans, evaluation of financial performance, corporate arrangements and other significant operative issues.
